Yes, you are right. Anyway it might have been caused by some hadrware
fault or race condition.

It the build is failing again (i.e. if the gcc bug is easily
reproducilbile) I will contact arm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for help in
getting information for reporting the bug.
