Hello Kalle, I extended your mockup a bit, and despite some things done ugly and some others are missing ... - draw_string because I don't know howto apply a GdkFont to cairo - draw_polygon because of lazyness ^^ - gtk_style_apply_default_background because that would need some cairo-only routines or modification in Gdk. ... its far from beeing ready, however, could you please just have a short look wether its going in the direction you've imagined? Btw. do you know how I can install my GtkCairoStyle class as default, as its done with GtkStyle by now? Thank you in advance, lg Clemens
