KDE4 Palette FIles Question

Hello, some one knows the standar method to save palettes files? I mean ... the palette files are like this:

-> Palette name, one single comment and a list of colors?

**** BEGIN TXT FILE ****
[Palette Name]
[Comment]
[COLOR FORMAT IN RGB] [COLOR NAME]
...
...
...
...
**** END   TXT FILE ****

or like this?:

-> Palettene name, list of colors and comments? ... mixed way?

**** BEGIN TXT FILE ****
[Palette Name]
[COLOR FORMAT IN RGB] [COLOR NAME]
...
...
[Comment]
...
[COLOR FORMAT IN RGB] [COLOR NAME]
[Comment]
...
**** END   TXT FILE ****

Please if any one knows the standart method for kde palette files then let me know ;). I'm currently the maintainer of KColorEdit and I need to know this.
