The problem is with all kde4 applications, I can't print in this applications:
* KDE4 katem, kwrite, okular
* extragear gwenview
* koffice.
I have only a system with KDE4 now, I removed all the kde3 applications and libraries.
I can print sucessfully with this applications:
* Iceweasel ( or Firefox )
* OpenOffice

I hope so.

Hi,
Is it only printing fom okular that is still having problems, or all KDE4
apps? Okular uses a different printing method from all other apps so I'm
interested if there is a difference.
At the moment, the plan is to continue to use the Qt Print Engine for talking
to CUPS, as we are very short on manpower in the printing department. We're
stretched just to try port the print admin tools for 4.1, let alone try to
resurrect a full print engine with cross-platform support.
I'm afraid your's is the only report I've had of any printing problems so far
under KDE4, I know it does work for others, so I'm not sure if it is
something particular with your printer or install, or a bigger problem with
Debian Sid. The best hope I'm afraid is if it miraculously starts working
when Qt4.4 comes out in a couple of months.
John.
