KDEPIM TRUNK vs. KDE 4.0 BRANCH

I tried to build KDEPIM TRUNK against KDE4.0 BRANCH and it failed with
this error:
/usr/SVN/trunk/KDE/kdepim/libkleo/backends/qgpgme/qgpgmejob.cpp:43:31:
error: gpgme++/exception.h: No such file or directory
I checked and the header file isn't there. Is this a binary
compatibility issue? or should this have worked?
