KDE 4 kdelibs - build failing on Debian Lenny

Hey all,

I'm unable to get kdelibs to build properly on Debian Lenny. The build
borks at:

"CMake Error: The PCRE regular expression library has not been found.
KJS requires PCRE >= 4.5 to function properly..."

I currently have the libpcre3-dev package installed, which
encapsulates PCRE7.4

I suspect this may be some form of cmake tomfoolery, but don't know
for sure. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
