Not really a hint, but I have qdbusxml2cpp and its obviously coming from qt:

% sudo equery belongs qdbusxml2cpp
[ Searching for file(s) qdbusxml2cpp in *... ]
x11-libs/qt-4.3.3 (/usr/bin/qdbusxml2cpp)

My USE-flags for Qt are look like:
[ebuild   R   ] x11-libs/qt-4.3.3  USE="accessibility cups dbus doc examples 
gif jpeg opengl png qt3support ssl tiff xinerama 
zlib -debug -firebird -glib -mng -mysql -nas -nis -odbc -pch -postgres -sqlite -sqlite3" 
INPUT_DEVICES="-wacom
