Done in rev 799404. It seems that file is still needed in places like 
kdebase/apps/konqueror/settings/konq/behaviour.cpp. I don't know why was it 
deleted though... If this file does actually need to be deleted, svn remove 
it but please try to compile kdebase before commiting ;-)
