Replying to myself: Matt Williams gave me the address, it was not listed 
because it is not a public list, and requires approval before someone 
joins. I have just applied, but are you sure this is the best place for 
a public discussion on what could be improved for next year's Summer of 
Code, if anything? I would prefer a more visible place, if possible. I 
can see that a more private list could be useful while discussing the 
projects, so people can be more honest about their evaluations. But I am 
not sure it is the best place to discuss suggestions for next year 
openly, in a way that includes the whole KDE community.

To Kevin and Cyrille: I thought mentors got a percentage of the bounty 
for students (U$ 500). Sorry for misunderstanding this.
