Why don't you just use the current package that you have?  With minor 
changes if needed (like the one new icon "key_enter").  And change the 
name to indicate that it has the KDE-3 icon names.  There should be no 
conflict with a new CrystalSVG package (based on the current KDEArtWork) 
with the KDE-4 names as long as they both have the (same) current 
"index.theme" file.
