[kde-linux] Change info-window background color

Hi all!

For whatewer reason, I want to change the bakground color of the small, pale yello, information window that pops-up
when you place the mousepointer over icons in the system tray (and some other places).
There seams to be no way to change this from the control center, but is there some other way ?
