[kde-linux] K3b - Cannot add mp3 files to audio project

I've just installed Fedora 7, If I run k3b, start a new audio project and drag 
mp3 files to add I get this:

"Unable to handle the following files due to an unsupported format:
<list of all .mp3 files>

Anyone know how to fix this?
