[kde-linux] Menu fade in/out

Hi, is there a way to specify the GUI effects ie. menu fade in/out
to be dependent on the current display?
These doesn't behave very well when connected to a remote display
but I would still like to use them when working locally.

If not can I please put in an RFE on this case?
