[kde-linux] kdesupport svn error

I am trying to svn up kdesupprt and it is giving me the following error:
Fetching external item into 'admin'
svn: Unrecognized URL scheme 
for 'https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.5/kde-common/admin'

Any help?
