Hmm - we need some data collection here.  Normally when I reply I don't see 
this part quoted, but here it is from your message.  I think it would really 
help if we could get a few replies on this, stating whether this part is 
quoted, and which agent the message (being replied to) originated from.  

I've looked at a few messages and checked what Reply To shows me.  So far 
yours is the only one where I see this addition.  How strange! :-)
