No, they are both in System Bell.
But, if a switch in Settings->Bell to "System Notification", it works! A very beautiful sound progressively damped... If works in the root konsole as well.
Right now, I am happy with this workaround, this sound is nicer than the other one :-) In order to keep it forever, I have to Settings -> Save as default. Is it correct?
But maybe it can be worth investigating why "System Notification" does not work... Maybe it can affect other applications as well...

Is there a difference in the options of Settings->Bell?
