[kde] group modus available at kde4.1?

Hi Members,

i have a lot of session/applications (>20). When they are iconfied at the 
pantel they are not easy to identify.
In kde3.x there was a group modus for konsole/netscape/konqueror... at the 
taskbar which was easier to identify when iconified.

How i'm able to get it back in kde4.1 or any other solution/workaround?
