[Mingw-msys] New coreutils snapshot available

Hi,

I uploaded a new snapshot of coreutils-5.97 for MSYS 1.0.11:

It addresses the following issues:

* Fix ``rm -r foo'' not removing foo (again). Closes bug #1645851.
   Thanks goes to Dave Anderson and pachiburke for reporting and testing.

* Include manifest files for Vista compatibility. Closes bug #1711379.
   Thanks to Mark Bourne for the report and for supplying the fix.

* Restore the ability of install.exe to copy files with an implicit .exe 
extension:

   $ touch a.exe
   $ install a b
   $ ls b.exe
   b.exe
