[Mingw-msys] Where can I find make 3.80 of Msys

Hi,
   Could you please tell me where can I find make 3.80 for Msys, I only 
found the mingw version. But that version may only accept 
Windows-specific path strings, I want the one for Msys, help please if 
you can!
