[Mingw-msys] How to install autotools from Technology Preview (1.0.11)?

Dear list!

I would like to use these tools here:

To be more exact:

The newer version of autogen / autoconf / automake available under the 
above mentioned link for download.

Unfortunately, since 1.0.11 Technology Preview there is no installer 
anymore and the MinGW installed does not yet pick these MSYS tools up.

Unzipping the binary .tar.bz2 files does not look like the solution 
becuase paths seem to have changed.

What can I do?
