[Mingw-msys] install permission error

Dear All,

 

I am running msys on a Vista Home Premiun Machine.

 

When I run

 

install --version

 

I get

 

sh: /bin/install: Permission denied

 

What is causing this?

 

Or even more pointedly, How do I fix it?
