Hello!
I suggest Illumination (illumination.sf.net, C++, LGPL) - of which I'm
the author of - which currently supports Windows, X11 (Gtk theming) and
Curses. It is definitely not feature complete in comparison to the other
suggestions and I'm the only developer, but possibly this is not
necessarily a disadvantage in your eyes ;-)
