hi Bob,

Is gcc-4.2-dw2 an option for you?  I've been using that with great  
success on the last several versions of GDB.  I've witnessed the  
frames error myself on gdb 6.x as well.

ps.  to whomever knows, is sjlj being deprecated in favor of dw2 in  
mainline gcc?
