Presumably this (very long) one:

http://readlist.com/lists/lists.sourceforge.net/mingw-users/0/4093.html

which I was surprised to find, given that I Googled MS's broken
vsnprintf only last week and found nothing (except MS's decision not to
fix it). Even more surprising is the news that there seems to be a MinGW
replacement, but googling 'libmingwex site:mingw.org' produced only

http://www.mingw.org/MinGWiki/index.php/C99

Can someone summarise the thread and tell us if there actually are any
replacement routines, and how to use them?

TIA - Paul
