Ah - don't know. Maybe it's just the installer version? It was the only
obvious number in /mingw.

The fog is lifting. /mingw/installed.ini says
[components]
runtime=mingw-runtime-3.13.tar.gz
w32api=w32api-3.10.tar.gz
...
I ran the installer ~6 weeks ago and guess I must have missed 3.14 -
I'll give it another go.
