Unfortunately no, I have no experience using Vista, at least not until 1 
or 2 years. Google doesn't help much either.

After searching awhile,

The winavr guys have made a modified msys dll, you can try it, but I 
can't know for sure if it will work.

http://www.madwizard.org/download/electronics/msys-1.0-vista64.zip

The second link is for Vista64. Just replace your msys-1.0.dll. Remember 
to back it up, you can pop back the previous dll if the new rebased dll 
breaks on start up.
