Just a very minor correction: this used to be true for many years but
starting with bash v3.0, /bin/sh is bash in the Cygwin packages.  This
was around July 2005.  ash is still around as /bin/ash because it is
needed for running the rebaseall script so that the DLLs that bash links
with are not in use.  However that is its only intended use, as it is
quite broken and non-POSIX conforming in many ways.
