How did you get this to work Brandon?

I can't seem to get the configury to detect libexpat when building
Insight from an msys shell, tried --with-expat=/mingw & absolute windows 
path too. No matter what I try the configure refuses to use expat.

Can I nab a copy of your buildscript?
