[Mingw-users] pthreads support

Hi,

A developer on a project I'm managing is about to introduce
threading into our code. The code compiles both on a linux system and
windows+mingw and I don't want to break things. I'm curious if others
could comment on how well mingw supports pthreads? A cursory answer
will suffice.
