Whoa there! I think you're thinking of the /3GB boot switch, but that's not what's happening here. 0x8000703E6 is an HRESULT
status code, not the memory address that caused the error. It appears to be some kind of DCOM error returned from the WPA
subsystem, according to a quick google. The whole rebasing thing is a red herring, I'm fairly sure.
