I had thought that the mingw32 make was the "preferred" binary to use; but, of
course, this may be incorrect. However, I noticed that the latest version in

http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=803423

includes some recent fixes which I assumed were not in my older MSYS version.

Incidentally, following Eli Zaretskii's suggestion, I downloaded the source,
mingw32-make-3.81-20080326-src.tar.gz, and built the executable myself. This
does not have the problem that the mingw32-make-3.81-20080326.tar.gz binary has.

Also, thanks for fixing the URL. I was trying to send the URL from the
openSubscriber window, and it just was not working. I am amazed you found it.

Bob
