It should have been. Unfortunately I don't have access to a machine running
Vista anymore so I have to rely on what I know has worked in the past to
create builds that work on Vista.

Here's where some further information would be nice. In particular, there are
two things I need:
A) The full output from a failed compilation with "-v" added to the command
line.
B) The output of running gcc.exe with "-print-search-dirs" as the only
argument.
