It is not only a problem of the use Win32 callbaks.
This is also the issue of granting normal Plagin API.
How to handle errors arising in Plagins written in Delphi or VB?

Delphi for error opening the file throw SEH exception.
In VC, I can wrap challenge in __try / __except.
How a port this code on mingw?
