I am not sure, because I don't know what specifically "Windows linked
code" is, or what it means to "handle" it. Bob, can you clarify please?
In terms of linkage, only the C++-C++ linkage is affected due to the ABI
difference from 3.4. Of course, GCC C++ still has no linkage to MSVC
C++, including parts of the Win32 API that are written in C++, such as GDI+.
