Yes, but this is a little confusing as this is not related to any of the
changes in MinGW GCC 4.3.0.
GCC supports two exception methods, SJLJ and DW2 (neither of which are
SEH), and we are discussing changing between the two of them. Neither
of these unwinding methods have any particular intersection with SEH.
If you're just saying that MinGW GCC should support SEH, we agree.
However, someone has to actually do the work, which is substantial.
There have been at least two attempts to add this support to GCC, and
unfortunately, none have resulted in a final implementation.
