[Mingw-users] 'include/c++/ext' missing from gcc-part-c++-4.3.0-20080502-2... tarball?

I think this archive:
  gcc-part-c++-4.3.0-20080502-2-mingw32-alpha-bin.tar.gz
should include a directory like:
  lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.0/include/c++/ext
but does not.

This seems to prevent a C++ hello-world program from compiling.
I can send a documented testcase, but thought I'd save bandwidth
by holding it back for now. The md5sum is
  869751a0ace9bf47b8a0627fdd91e0a9
for the tarball I downloaded.
