Hi there!

When I compile vim 7.1 with -O3, vim crashes when I scroll down with my 
mouse. When I compile with -O2 it works fine.

I'm using the latest MinGW binutils, winapi and make. I've tried this on 
WinXP Pro SP2 and WinVista SP1.
