Yes I have. There is (the used!) in C:\MinGW and one that comes with 
Code::Blocks (C:\Programme\CodeBlocks\MinGW).

But I don't use the Code::Blocks in-build MinGW. I setup Code::Blocks to 
use C:\MinGW.

What is behind that error? Why does one MinGW affect another one?

And how fix this? Just killing C:\Programme\CodeBlocks\MinGW would be to 
easy I think.
