You can use the MS GDI+ headers with GCC all you want provided you
make a few modifications. If you've obtained the headers, you've most
likely agreed to their EULA in the PSDK which doesn't dictate what you
can/can't compile it with. There are no legal issues with this, only
with redistribution of the headers themselves.
