Hello Takashi Ono,

I've finally found time to do some testing with your patch.  It looks good and fixes
problems with weak undefs too.
I have a query about

Why do you test for BSF_LOCAL?  Shouldn't global symbols that are discarded be excluded
form .reloc section also?

Are you willing to submit your patch to binutil's list?  Or would you be happier if I
submitted on your behal?
