Usefulness of mysql logs when using innodb?

Subject: Usefulness of mysql logs when using innodb?

Hi,
I guess that when I'm using only Innodb and no replication I can
safely disable mysql's (bin-) log files (that grow to no end) because
Innodb has its own log files. Is it correct?
