[Samba] Running remote commands using Samba

Subject: [Samba] Running remote commands using Samba

Hi,
 
I access several windows NT servers from Linux OS using Samba. Is there a way to execute some binaries on the windows NT boxes from Linux OS using Samba? I would like to perform checksum on the data files that I copy from the NT box to the Linux Box.
