Ismail,
Using xawtv instead spcaview is your BIG error. You need to know how you can 
set geometry parameters to xawtv and maybe how you can ask xawtv to not use 
overlay :)
I have write to the list many times about that search the archives please.
I have also write why spca5xx is not set for the mainline kernel are we free 
or not ?
