I think there must have been a hardware change with the Kworld card (without a corresponding change in the PCI ID or similar). I bought a ATSC-110 in October, and used it with 2.6.17 for both analog and QAM-- analog on top connector, QAM on bottom. With a splitter and mess of cables, it worked quite well with MythTV and tvtime. The card stopped working in December (i2c errors when tuning), so I RMAd it. I got the replacement last week, and analog doesn't work on either input. QAM works fine though, on the bottom connector. The kernel patch had no effect on analog, but it switched QAM to the top input.
Analog does work with dscaler in XP x64, so the hardware is working. I don't know if the tuner chip got a revision which is causing this problem; the packaging did change slightly. My new card did come with a newer version of BeyondTV, and plastic caps on the RF connectors (to keep dust out).

I then installed the v4l-dvb from mecurial and made the changes to saa7134-dvb and did a make, make install. As Dwaine stated, the switch over doesn't occur. I tried both patches and I switched cables both times. --- Michael Krufky <mkrufky@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:Dwaine Garden wrote:Finished testing... Looks like the patch did notswitch over to the second RF connection.Could be related to this issue.. The Kworlddevice does display a picture for a split secondthen it goes black with various green boxesshooting around the screen. The picture is only displayedon the digital RF connection. If the antenna isput on the analog RF connection, I only get static for a splitsecond. (you should try that with both of those patches from april) Good Luck, Mike
