Pinnacle PCTV HD Ultimate Stick

I've searched the v4l mailing archives, and the wiki, and found not a 
single mention of this device:

Do drivers exist for it, or is it even known what chip it uses? The 
"Ultimate" doesn't appear to be an em28xx device, like its younger 
brother, the "Pro".
