v4lgrab still uses the obsolete V4L1 API, marked as obsolete. IMO, the better
is just to remove this application.
There are some V4L2 demo apps at V4L/DVB development tree, under v4l2-apps/.
IMO, we should remove v4lgrab from Documentation/video4linux and point
somewhere there for the proper places.
